Slutwalk started in Toronto when the police force stated their opinion of sexual assault, saying "women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized." I think we need to educate people everywhere that sexual assault is never the victim's fault. Women everywhere should feel empowered by their sexuality, not belittled by it. The home website is www.slutwalktoronto.com but all the others have stated facebook pages to get the word out.
